Lady Chargers Earn 66-58 Victory Over Itawamba Community College

The Lady Chargers hit the road last night for a non-conference showdown against Itawamba Community College and came away with an impressive 66-58 win over the Indians.

Freshman Jacie Scott delivered a standout performance, leading all scorers with 24 points and dishing out 8 assists. Fellow freshman Lily Melton dominated the boards with a double-double, recording 20 points and 12 rebounds to help secure the victory.

Next up, the Lady Chargers will travel to Dyersburg State on Tuesday, December 17th, to face the Lady Eagles in a Region 7 makeup game.
