Lady Chargers Dominate Volunteer State in Region 7 Matchup

The Columbia State Lady Chargers secured a decisive 78-55 victory over the Volunteer State Lady Pioneers on Wednesday night at Webster Athletic Center. With the win, the Lady Chargers improve to 10-8 overall and 9-3 in Region 7 play.

Freshman Jacie Scott led the charge with 20 points and six rebounds, while sophomore Ansley Burleson recorded an impressive double-double with 19 points, 13 rebounds, and four steals. Freshman Lily Melton contributed 15 points, six rebounds, and two blocks, and freshman Jacqueline Hardrick added 10 points and six rebounds.
