For the second consecutive week, a Columbia State Chargers player has been named TCCAA Player of the Week

Charger soccer claimed their first victory of the season in a dominant fashion, defeating Hinds Community College in an 11-goal shutout on Sunday. This victory not only secured their first win, but also set a new school record for the most goals scored in a single match.

In the first week of the regular season, the Columbia State Chargers had Sophomore Goalkeeper Camryn Chambless selected as the TCCAA Conference GK of the week.

As week 8 of conference play has come and gone, the Chargers won their 6th consecutive conference series of the year.

Columbia State Women’s Soccer player Kori Harshman recently signed on to transfer and play at Dakota Wesleyan University in South Dakota.
